Will changing my profile picture on FB to a previously uploaded photo keep the likes previously attained?
So I uploaded a picture from Instagram of myself to Facebook and I got 129 likes for it. I want to make it my profile picture because I really like that photo and it got a lot of likes. The question is, if I change that photo to my profile picture, will the likes still stay @ 129 or will it restart at 0?

If you know a solution to keep the 129 likes on my photo even when I make it my profile picture, that'd be great! Also, step by step instructions would be great! Thank you. Big Grin

Yes, when you update your profile picture you can select that picture from your computer (aka, upload a file) or from an existing album on facebook). If you select the picture from your existing albums, or for example from a wall photo that you posted via instagram it should pull in your likes. I have posted a profile pic from one of my albums and it pulled in all of the comments and everything. Just not sure because this is an instagram. You can always try it and delete it Smile.

So, your pic is already in ne of your album in FB, right. Making a profile picture from any pic in any other album other than Profile Picture album, will copy that pic to Profile Picture album. Thus, the 'original' pic where ever they are is intact!
