I can't upload pic to facebook page I admin?

Try login again, after clearing all cache memory and cookies.

Try to open it from a different browser or else delete the cache/cookie or your browser history.

May be due to your system slow or net slow, if you are admin of your own page then there will be no issue in uploading your pic.

Check if you were trying to upload pic via facebook profile rather than facebook page. Try uploading it with Facebook page.

Sometime back, i also faced the same issue and then i find that i was trying to upload via my personal facebook profile rather than the via page.

Simply follow these instructions.
1.Go to your profile.
2. There is a photo where you can upload you pic from computer or pen drive.
