I cant connect my facebook account to windows message?

ok i am using lumia 520, i am not able to see online contacts.
i have tried deleting and re-adding my account but it doesnt work...
i have tried a different facebook account, it works.
i dont know if there is problem with my fb account or whateva... can anybody help me???

Check the box that says 'See Facebook friends and their updates' and 'Chat with Facebook friends.'

In the Messaging app, press . . . and press 'settings.' Turn Facebook Chat to the On position. Also, ensure your status is set to available, and not offline.
