How often do you use social networks?

I don't use any social networks (well accept yahoo obviously lol) and haven't for the past 2 years. So when I hear that someone has a hard time being away from a social network for more than a day or too it confuses me as to why it's so addicting. Social networks are based on real like, so why don't you work on improving that instead? How addicted are you to fb, twitter, ect? Can you be well off if you were to delete it today?

PS: I have friends and im pretty confident incase you may be wondering if im a loner or something haha

i barely go on twitter, deleted instagram, no desire for fb, and only use yahoo answers ocasionally. i dont like social networks

They're just an addicting kind of fun, that's all. Everyone's addicted to them. I'm addicted to Instagram & Twitter.
