Is it possible to make all "photos of you" public to everyone?
I already have them on the public setting but I want people who aren't friends with me to be able to see them.
I've made a fake account and searched for myself but only profile pictures and cover photos show up.

Thanks!

Yes its possible, to set your photos and albums public,

1. go to the albums and click on audience selector tool and you can choose who can view the photos in albums

2. you can also make each and every photo public, since facebook enables privacy options for each picture, click on audience selector tool of each picture and select public

3. while you upload from other devices like mobile phones, make sure the audience selector is set to public

4. check the general status/photo upload audience selector to be set public as well

Photo of You, is the result of other picture tagged to you.

Go to Account Setting ➤ Timelines and Tagging ➤ set
"Who can see posts you've been tagged in on your timeline?" to Public.
