I want to change every post I have ever made to "friends only". I have found that I can change each post individually to "friends only", but that will take my entire life. Is there like a button or a toggle switch that can make all my posts to "friends only" on FaceBook?

No, you have to change each one individually. The easiest way to do it is to go into your Activity Log and filter all your posts. Open each in a new tab and then change its privacy.
