Go to reset password and guess his security question. Or follow those instructions with his email account which will then give you complete access to the recovery link email.

Keylogger is hardware which is plugged to your keyboard.
If your keyboard is ps/2 then it would be keyboard ps/2 keylogger and computer ps/2 format.

I heard about software keylogger if dont know how it is works.

Keylogger records every keystorke of keyboard. But hardware keylogger does not capture keystor entered by on screen keyboard. It this case software keylogger is needed.

In Phising method you have to make same facebook login page. I it must be accessed target person any of way like sending link to him/her. If he or she login the id and password will be saved.
