I don't think so cause the might find something doesn't fit to their age bad words etc... any way if you want them to use internet try games or learning sites rather than that the internet doesn't fit them at all

It's useful, but it is not recommended that your child be exposed to the internet in general until they are old enough not to be easily influenced. Getting parental control doesn't get rid of all of it.
