Why am I receiving push notifications from a logged-out Facebook account on the iPhone3GS?
My girlfriend used to use my old phone for months. She used the Facebook application for her account. When she gave the phone back to me, there was no Facebook application on the phone.

I downloaded and re-installed the application and logged in with my credentials.

The problem is I am still receiving push-notifications from her FB account through the application!!! I cannot access her account however, and when i swipe the notifications on the lock screen to access them it brings me to my Facebook account.

I have no clue how or why this is happening, as I cannot access her Facebook from anywhere on the iPhone. I have no idea how to disable it without completely turning off the notifications. Please Help!!

iOS6.1.3 (i believe) ?
iPhone 3GS

You have to ask her to disable the phone number she put in her FB (she can do that using other device) and turn of the text messaging & email.
(you don't tell us the important information, whether the notification is in email or text messaging).

Clear cache & cookies in the mobile; delete her email account that she put in your mobile (to not receive the notification in email) etc.

If she won't cooperate, skip all the above, instead do factory reset your mobile and change your phone number (even if you get the notification in email, but who know she put your phone number to her account).
