Anyone can tell me how to block facebook from my computer ?

Anyone can tell me how to block facebook from my computer ? my son is addicted and i need get him out from facebook.. i tried blocking it by IP but it seems they have 1000 of IPs and i tried block it from my router.. it didn't work since facebook is using HTTPS ..

use a hosts file and add 127.0.0.1 http://www.facebook.com\ on a line of its own and the computer will be unable to connect to any page you can download hosts files with all the spam and ad sites listed so they can't put stuff on your computer

if that doesn't work, make your own account and "friend" him. make embarrassing comments all the time and post baby pics of him on his page, soon he will hopefully stop using it to avoid the embarrassment.

I had same problem with my girl friend.. and i found a solution from a blog.. you have to just run Bat file and Facebook will be blocked from your copmuter.. i think that bat file updates your host file in system32
