Absolutely. Just log in like you normally would that old facebook. It will automatically reactivate it

it depends on the options you chose once you deactivate it. there's an option called "deactivate temporarily" in which you may reactivate it once you log in but there's also an option called "deactivate permanently" in which you cannot reactivate it again.
