On Facebook, is your wall and timeline the same thing?

Yes. It used to be wall but it got changed to timeline

Yes. Before the update to the website, it was known as a wall, but now you put your school, work, location and the years, making it into your own 'timeline'.

So yeah, they're the same thing, just ones an upgrade from the other

Before there was timeline it was called your wall its the same thing. Only difference is that timeline is supposed to show events that you mark as your history.
