Is there any way for a person to see you viewing his her facebook profile even if you two arent friends?

it's not possible anyway lol. all this crap is spam it probably is possible to do it but a lot of people would be doing it already if it was... and no one i know has.

There's no way (ever!) a Facebook user gonna know who's viewing their profile. Facebook made it clear in their user agreement that it does not allow users to track profile views or see statistics on how often a particular piece of content has been viewed and by whom. Those links that you see are most likely spam and are counting on naive/gullible users.

That's impossible. Those sites are all fake and infected with viruses. All they do is pick random friends of yours and random people you don't know. They cannot show who viewed your profile. Facebook has said on multiple occasions that they will never allow this information to be available as it's against their privacy rules and EU and US privacy laws
