Why do people comment "Brazil" on every Vine that I see on Facebook?
Really, I don't get it. Unless asked, I don't go around commenting "USA! USA!" on every post, so why do Brazilians post it?

The FIFA World Cup is being held in Brazil in 2014...I don't know the context of these Vines you're viewing, but if it's sports related, that may explain it.
