How can I limit photos on my facebook?
I have a lot of pictures that I have been tagged in from my family. I already made another facebook account just for family and I don't my friends to see these pictures. However, I still want to have them so that I can show the pictures to certain people. Basically I don't want other people to see them but I personally want to be able to see them.

What do I do?

if they are tagged pictures, you do not control who can see them - the person who posted the picture controls that

the only thing you can do is remove the tag

and keep in mind that facebook will eventually catch you breaking the rules by having more than one account and then they will suspend all of your accounts

✿ Your goal is only you who can see the pic your family tagged you, but have to be able to show it to others as you wish, right?
Unfortunately, there's no setting for such, the setting is only for whoever tagged you.
But if that is your goal, you have to do the 'extra work', to achieve your goal, quite fair right?!

Even after you made another account just for your family (hmmm.... maybe you'd better make a close group for your family instead, so you guys can talk to each other over there, and you don't violate the one person one account rule of FB), you can't prevent that your family might still tag you in this personal (not family) account.

✿ See the following way around.

1. First Step: Setting in Account Setting ➤ Timeline and Tagging,
。set "Who can see posts you've been tagged in on your timeline?" to Only Me; so whoever tagged you, only you who see it, not even the friend who tagged that will see it in your Timeline.

2. Now if you want to show a tagged post that formerly only you who see it, as the result of setting in step-1, for your Friends or whoever to see it in either your Timeline or on your Friends' or that whoever's Newsfeed,
• just cllick Share on that post to your own Timeline,
• don't forget to check the audience setting at the bottom of the Share window, has to be set to Friends or Family or whoever you decide to be able to see it,
• then press Share;
☞ this way, you'll end up having the same two pics in your Timeline, however, by sharing, you have the chance to add your own narration; those two pics are:
。• the original pic that your friends post tagged on your Timeline, that only you who can see it there, and
。• another one as a result of your Share, that now your friends/whoever you share with can see in your Timeline and in their Newsfeeds.

✿ For the existing tagged pics, I'm afraid your only choice is remove the tag or hide it from your Timeline or let it be.
• If you want to remove the tag but want to keep the pic in order to only you who can see it ➤ download the image (sorry, comments/likes is lost, unless you take the screen shots of pic along with the comments) & then upload it in an album with the audience set to Only Me or Family, so the friends in Family list can see those too;
• If you want to hide from Timeline, just do so; but remember, even it's hidden in your Timeline, others incl your Friends might see those in their Timeline, at least they don't see it when they visit your Timeline;
☞ to achieve both of the above, the easiest way is go to your Timeline ➤ click Activity Log ➤ click "Posts You're Tagged In" on the left to see all tagged posts ➤ click the pencil icon on the right edge of the post that you want to do the changes ➤ there you see the options for both and more.

Good luck.
