how to be able to gainaccess back to your photos on instagram??? help!?

i resently updated my iphone, so when i got the instagram app again, it asked if i wanted to have acess to my photo album with the app, and i accidently clicked "no" now i dont have access to my album on instagramand it says the only way is to go to privacy settings, i dont know where to go or what to do and i just want to be able to put pics on my instagram again, PLEASE HELP

Go to your iPhone settings, click on privacy, then photos. You should see Instagram there and it will be turned off. You can switch it back on and all should be well. Good luck!!
