Facebook Login Issues? Can't access my account, because of my phone number?

I was trying to access my account, but I can't. I've recently changed my phone number and I forgot to switch it in the security area on Facebook. Since I know I should attach a proper document (I already submitted my driver's license covering the personal info) to prove my identity. Where am I suppose to send it? I reply the email with all the info previous mentioned & also another one provided in the help center, however there is not a specific email to send it. I haven't receive anything and their phone number doesn't work. hallo, ja ich habe die selbe Probleme auch, ich habe meine Handy nummer gewechselt und ich habe vorgessen die neu nummer bei Facebook ein zu geben jetzt ich habe das Probleme das die mir denn Sicherheit code auf die alte nummer schickt wo ich keine zugang mehr habe,ich soll ihrgend eine Amtliche dokument schicken ich habe meine Führerschein gescant zu geschickt seit denn ich erhalten keinerleih antwöte mehr von Facebook!!!
