My friend is 'Manager' but he's profile is disabled?

So I decided it was time I had somebody else also help me run the page, but due to the fact my friend who was the only "manager" on the page and I'm the only other person as "content creator" and I'm just wondering if this could hopefully be verified and made me admin / manager of the page. I wanna know how? Or u can post it how i can contact Facebook bout this ~
