Trying to get facebook profile to not blur?

I have tried 160x160, 180x180 <--recommended, 500x500, the image is a jpeg, do I need to change something? I allowed for shrinkage because it scales it down 160x160 or should I blow the whole thing up to get and HD Look? Any help would be nice. Thank you

i Just Looked At it its Clear on My End It Must Be your Computer or Monitor Or something its Not Blurry
