Is it this appropriate in the workplace dealing with children?
My sister works at a daycare and thinks it's okay to post pictures of the children on her instagram and other social media websites. I have told her that I don't think its okay or legal to take pics without the parents permission and that she could get in trouble for it. What do you think?

The way I've seen these kinds of things go, they happen all the time on Facebook, YouTube (videos) and other social media websites.

1. Someone puts something up (Picture, Video) etc..
2. The people who are in the Picture/Video don't want it on the internet so they say they want it taken down
3. The person who put it up has to take it down or will most likely receive a lawsuit.

Thats pretty much about it, very rarely will a lawsuit ever actually happen unless it causes a real legal problem that wouldnt get automatically thrown out of court.

In my opinion I don't see any issues with it as long as your not putting pictures/videos up of someone whos in like witness protection.
