Will someone on Facebook know if I accidentally requested to be tagged on their picture and then deleted it?

I deleted the friend I accidentally requested a tag in their photo, if that helps.

Yes. They will get the notification. However, when they go to click on it, it was say an error has occurred or the request cannot be processed so its not like they could actually do it if they wanted to tag you.

First you said you deleted "it", later you said you deleted a "friend". Please state your issue more clearly, so you'll not misunderstood & get the wrong answer.

People will know that only if they saw & remember that your name is tagged & later not anymore.
