How do I get a job in the political / social advocacy field?
I have a Political Science BA from a respected university, a high GPA, but have just graduated and have no experience other than an internship with a senate campaign office, but would like to break into the field by working for a politician, consultant, or social advocate. Any advice on how to do this in such a competitive field / horrible job market?

Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to
get hired. More details and website links available at http://tinyurl.com/emdyn Ads |
