why does it day he's online?
why does it say someone is online and then if you refresh it says they were online like 10 minutes ago?

Sometimes when someone goes offline, it doesn't register on Chat right away. If it says 10m, then they were last active 10 minutes ago, and aren't active now.

Thats When they Were Last Active Its Possible they Could've Signed Off Sometimes Facebook Does Not Update Right Away
