Is there any way to change facebook privacy settings so my friends don't see everything I like?
I have looked and looked, and can't find a way to stop them from seeing my activity on other friends pages. I don't want everybody to see everything I do.
Well, if I select "only me", then only I can see my posts that I make. I have a friend who can see everything I like on my friends posts, on my liked pages, and she is following me around to all of my pages, and apparently, trying to friend some of my friends. This is a real life friend of mine, and I like her, but I don't like her seeing everything I do. None of my other friends do this. I am mortified, and I know if it doesn't stop, I am not going to like her as a friend much longer.

Go to your privacy settings and change to "only me" or else choose "don't share on my timeline".

Add her to your 'restricted list".
