Go to Account Settings Where it Says Name Hit Change

Keep In Mind you Have to Use your Real Name At All Times and There is a Limit on the Number of Times you Can Change your Name you Cant Change it More than 3 Times

1.Click in the upper-right corner of Facebook page and select Account Settings
2.Click General in the left-hand column
3.Look for the Name setting and click Edit to the far right
4.Type in your name and save your changes
