same person pops up on my mutual friends list facebook?

Its funny whenever facebook shows me my mutual friends the same person always pops up and is usually the first on the list. I refresh the page and bam the same person. Ill log out and come back later and bam the same person. Ill go on facebook on my phone and even there its still the same person. Does that mean that this person has been looking at my facebook. Why does it keep recommending the same person?

It could be that you both interact a lot on facebook with the same people. I think facebook assumes that with you knowing the same person in real life, you have a better chance of meeting the said recommended person that your friend knows. It's definitely connected somehow. I really wish I knew exactly how facebook runs.
