If on Facebook it says that someone is 'on mobile', could that also mean that they are using a tablet?

If on chat Facebook says that a person is 'on mobile', does that necessarily mean that they are literally on a mobile, or could they also be using a tablet?

Some tablets are recognized as phones (depends on what brand you use) and some are as a computer. But there are cases that you are actually ONLINE but you're only using mobile.

Yes, anything that isn't a computer or a laptop is considered to be a mobile device. Not sure how that works with the new Windows laptops that can be used as a tablet tho
