Twitter locked or deleted my account?!?!?!?!?!?

I got logged out of twitter today and when I tried logging back in it said the account didn't exist. (I did that on the internet on my cell phone, NOT THE APP.)
Then I went on my PC and tried logging in and it just sent a password reset link. So I reset my password, tried logging in, and it still says I don't have an account.
I tried on my phone again, same thing.
Tried on the PC again, and it said that my account has been locked for an hour.
BUT I know that's wrong because on the app, and I am still logged in and everything works fine. I just can't log in unless I'm using the app.
Please help me!

(I did that on the internet on my cell phone...You got hijacked..Currently only one IP is enabled the one you are able to use...So until you are able to enable the other IP you are locked out
