How do you get into a old Facebook account if you don't have access to your old email?

if you can remember the password for it just enter your e-mail but if you cant get into your e-mail for password reset for your Facebook, maybe just do password reset for your e-mail? but if you cant do that then no, you wont be able to get into it.

if you can remeber the password for the facebook account you can just type your e-mail like this into facebook username: username. w/ password in stead off username: username@email.com w/ password.
