How does this happen in facebook?
I have my own facebook and my roomate has his. I used his computer. When I go into my facebook then his all my contacts go into his facebook. He is visually impaired. He just got a notice hes account is shutdown for 7 days as he keeps asking for friend requests and they dont want him as a friend or have not answered. One is my brother! I am confused what has happened in his account. My brother is someone hes not had as a contact....

It sounds like a very confused tracker cookie. I imagine that being visually impaired he uses some software to help him make use of the computer. That may be whats interfering with normal fb operations. My advice would be to clear the cookies after you use fb. I know facebook brings up a list of suggested friends often based on ip but he would have to manually send them all requests.
