If you log into Facebook on Safari, are you online?
On iPod Touch, if you log into Facebook, are you shown online? Or is it only when you sign into the Messenger?

No ... You online if you log in to Facebook even if you didn't log in to the messenger Smile

As soon as you log in your shown as online in the DB they will have a column for status online not available etc. This is displayed to everyone.
