which browser is this and try to remove it from control panel change or remove programs and remove it then download the same browser from internet explorer

if that dosen't work try to check its info and maybe u might have to install a plugin or so check if there r any updates or check your internet connection or try to open it in a new browser

AND IF THAT DOSENT WORK TRY TO RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND TRY OR CHECK YOUR BROWSERS COMPATIBILITY AND STILL IF IT DOSENT WORK SHOW IT TO SOME PERSON WHO COULD REPAIR IT OR FINALLY TRY A NEW COMPITER(EVEN THOGH I DONT RECOMMEND IT)
