yes, I know the job market is pretty slim with a lot of jobs and I know, it will be hard but as a social and behavioral science major with a sociology concentration.. what jobs can I can get?

can I work with non profit? I'm even thinking about going to grad school depending on how well I do.. but I was thinking about either going into counseling or working with a non profit with this degree..

You must go to graduate school to earn at least a master's degree to get a job in counseling.

The stated major is too broad to be likely to lead to any job at all.

It could lead to admission to a master's degree program in social work, which is one path to a counseling career. It is not nearly so likely as a bachelor's degree in psychology to lead to a graduate school program in psychology.

That an organization is non-profit does not mean that it offers employment to holders of the stated degree.
