Instagram won't let me log in?

Instagram won't let me log in?
It said "could not refresh feed" so I logged out, then when I try to log in it has the loading circle then goes back to the log in page. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it didn't work.

This happened to me before when I first got my iPhone. You just weren't in a good wifi hot-spot. If your device had 3 bars but it didn't work, I recommend reporting this to Instagram or ask an Apple/ Samsung/ ect. for help. Hope your Instagram works soon!
