My posts on Facebook don't appear on friends' news feed?

For example, when I tag myself in a photo, it appears on my news feed when I asked my friends if they saw it, they said they didn't. And whenever I post something, my friends like it after a long while because they say they never really see my new posts and they have to go on my profile page if they want to see them. What can I do? Nobody can see my new photos and new posts and so on. My friends get like 50+ likes on a photo, but because nobody sees mine, I get very few. Please help!
I checked my Privacy setting but my friends are already allowed to see anything I post.

First you have to check the privacy settings before posting anything. Click the text box where you type or add photos to post. On the right bottom side of the box (beside the "post" button) You can see a list box button where you can change the frequency of whom can see your posts. I think your privacy setting may set as "Only me" option. If so, change it to "Friends" or "Friends of friends" option and sure your friends can see your new posts any more.
