Fix instagram glitching?
Instagram wont let me follow people, like photos, nor comment. I tried logging out and back, with no prevail. I deleted and reinstalled, nothing. I even shut down my phone and nothing works. I use an iPhone 4s. HELP, Please!!!

It's probably a bug in the app. Try going to the settings button at the top of your own profile, click "Report a Problem" and tell Instagram of the problem.
