for Facebook you obviously had to put an email right? Go to that email and confirm it

they send you and email to the email that you used for the account and then you click on the link in the email and go from there

you have to click the link that facebook send you - btw - if facebook doesnt send you a link to link, you have been marked as a spammer because you broke the rules by creating more than one account

go to your email and you can see a confirmation code.And copy and paste it to your fb loggin step. after you can confirm your account.
