It's so easy. If you are logged in from another account, go to settings, then log out. Visit m.facebook.com and then scroll down and they would ask if you want to create an account then click on it and create an account. If you still can't find it, visit this link https://m.facebook.com/r.php?refid=8

you can just go to a internet browser on your phone and go to http://www.facebook.com and it should be the same as the desktop version
