need help with facebook tagging?

I am uploading pictures i found in a box of photos to facebook... i used a scanner to scan them to my computer then uploaded them to facebook. I am tagging people from my family in the pictures, and people that are friends with them can see, like and comment on the pictures. how do i stop that? i ONLY want people who I am friends with to see it. and sorry for my spelling and grammar

If you Set your Photo to Friends Only Than Only Friends Can See your Photos However if the Photo Is On There Profile They May Be Able to See It and Be Able to Like and Comment it Dont Tag Them If you Dont Want There Friends to Be Able to Like and Comment it
