What's going on with facebook?

I can't update my status or comment on anything. It's saying can't update, please try again in a few minutes... Everyone on my facebook has said the same is happening to them too :/

Update on the system. I had same problem. Couldn't chat post upload pics etc... Should be able to be accessed fee hours. Sucked for me too. Hang in there.
