how to un tag yourself from relationship status on facebook?

some weird dude added me as in a relationship status with him and i want to remove it from saying my name, really weird cause i am a dude and i have never even met this guy. is this possible?
turns out it was a fake account set up by my friends so don't worry about it.

Go to your timeline
click "About"
Go to the family section and click edit
click the options near the person's name
delete the relationship...........!!
or if the guy had asked you to be his relative, delete or cancel that request
