Facebook account disabled?!?HELP!!pl?

My Facebook account got disabled an i email Facebook but they said my account was hacked..the reason I got disabled was Cus I Sended to many friend request..an I had my phone number in there..Please give me advices on what I can do?!?PLZZ HELP!?!20 point for best answer..Thank You

You were probably adding too many people that didn't know you, or forgot you, so they just told facebook that they didn't know who you were and Facebook assumed you were a stalker and banned your account temporarily.

it's against the rules to add people you dont know, and facebook can tell when you just ignore the rules and try to get tons of friends - and since what you are trying to do is exactly what spammers try to do, facebook disables your account

you can also have your account suspended if you create more than one account, did you do that too?

your Account is Disabled So its Deleted you Can Not Return Back to your Facebook Account you Can Appeal your Case to Disabled@facebook.com Most likely Tho its Finished Most of the Time Facebook Does Not Restore Disabled Accounts Unless They Made a Mistake
