Facebook: why specific friends still can see my stuff even if in a list?

Hello,
I have a problem, I created 2 list,

one list called "Only Friend that can see everything" (excluding from this list 2 friend specific)
with all my friends that can looks in my time line the list of my friends, my favorite music, movies, books, etc.

And another that I called "Friend that can't see everything". (and I put the names of the 2 specific friends I don't want in list "Friend that can see everything"

and I edited the privacy on my timeline who can looks my movies, friends , books etc, in " Only Friends that can see everything".

Then I watch my profile as the 2 specific friends outside the list "Friends that can see everything"
and still they can see all my music, books, games, movies, I like.

Can you explain how is possible?
I then made another experiment, I change again the privacy in my timeline directly in each list, friends, movies, books, putting "Only me". So nobody can see my friend list etc...
yet, I ask my friend to looks inside my profile, and they can see all my stuff even if I put "Only me!"""

I hate facebook so much!! What's happening? Always so messed up!
