i forget my facebook id and pasword but i have profile pic plz help me i want to open it compulsory it is urge?

do u have an email (eg gmail, yahoo or hotmail) connected to ur facebook account?
if so then....

than go to that email and check previous mails to find the id
when id found...

than u go to facebook.com and click forget "your password" than enter the email and than it will say put confirmation code, the confirmation code should be sent to u email go to ur email copy the code paste it here than it will ask u to write any new password u like.
