Am I blocked on Whatsapp?

I sent a message at 02:00 am midnight, but just got one tick on whatsapp against the contact. I can see the contact 'last seen at' at 14:00.... so that means the contact was present on whatsapp after my message got sent. but there's only one tick not double.

Am I blocked?
1. I can still see last seen at but its at 14:00...currently its 23:50 now
2. There's only 1 tick.

If u can see that "last seen at..." then u not blocked.last seen at .. is called as timestamp. Hold on wait for sometime untill u get a reply.
Even if u r not blocked there is a possibility that u don't see time stamp but it will be for a few seconds..u need to open/close the app.
