Are there laws about employees being able to understand payroll/pay stubs?
I work for a medium size company that has an unbelievable layout of the breakdown of wages. The taxes and deductions for state/social security are very clear, but on the other side where the wages are, would be impossible for Einstein to break down. I had my CPA uncle look at my stub to try and decipher my check, and he couldn't. In his 35 years dealing with money, he had never seen anything like it.
Are there any laws that protect employees from this kind of thing? I live in Pennsylvania.

there is no law in PA that has anything to do with the clarity or lack thereof for a paystub.
