I have a BS degree in marketing now I want to get a degree in social work. I don't know if I should get a BSW?

if I already have a bachelors degree in marketing or should i get a MSW can someone help me?

Don't get another bachelor. You won't get anything out of it. Just find a school that will accept you for a MSW. Maybe you will have to do bridge courses, but that's way better than getting another bachelor and wasted 2 extra years + money.
