Instagram isn't letting me follow people! I press follow and it goes green for one second and back to blue?
Instagram is absolute crap now days.
I recently made a new account because my other got hacked. I have 478 followers and I am following 270. Yesterday I went to follow another bunch of my friends but when I pressed follow it went green for one second and then back to blue AKA not following?
I've deleted the app and reinstalled it and its still happening, I have turned my phone on and off several times and still hasn't fixed the problem.
I have come to the conclusion that it is my account because my brother logged on to his Instagram and it was working perfectly on my iPhone. I dont know what to do? And I am not making another account again -.- I dont have a computer to follow people from, only a phone.

I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING! DELETING THE APP, RE INSTALLING IT, TURNING MY PHONE ON AND OFF, I HAVE LOGGED IN AND OUT
