how do you get back something that has been deleted permanently on a computer?

My brother wants me to fail school so he will delete Google Chrome and Internet Explorer on my computer. I really need to use the computer for research and stuff and now, Mozilla Firefox has been deleted by my brother! Someone please help!!! Every time I tell my parents they do not believe me so don't give me answers that say tell your parents. I need real answers people. I need a lot of help for this problem.

Next don't do anything with your computer until you get software to Unerase. Even using your computer might cause new data to write over your previous programs. There is Unerase software available that will attempt to completely recover any permanently deleted files and programs. The data and files are not really gone until the bytes are written over by new files. Go to a software store and ask them to help you get a good Unerase program.
