How to unblock a person in facebook? please read the question in detail (10 points for the best answer)?

Over facebook I had a friend. Due to some personal issues I blocked the person and she also did the same thing; now when I search for her in facebook, her name does not show up! I want to send her a message/ a friend request but cannot because her profile is no longer visible. What may be the possible solution? please help.

Go to settings (the wheel thing next to your account in the top right of the home page) > privacy settings > go to blocking in the left hand column, and choose who to unblock.

Even if you ublock her, she most likely blocked you. You have one of two options. Accept you are blocked and move on, or create a new facebook.

You can unblock her, but while she blocked you, you can't see each other, so no pm etc.

You can ask your mutual friend to relay your words/message to her.
Or you can send her message in Facebook by using her Facebook email address from your personal email address (better not the one you use for FB).
To know her Facebook email address, ask friend to open her timeline, copy the url address that looks like http://www.facebook.com/username; her FB email address then is username@facebook.com.
